Still no word from Horizon. I tried calling them this afternoon. They called back and said a tech guy was supposed to call me back, but hadn't by the time I left work. I guess I'll try again tomorrow.

I got a few things in the mail today. Aileron harnesses and extensions from Taildragger, and some SWB servo arms. I also ordered a fuel tank, IBEC, and a few other things tonight.

I got a call from Horizon today, It took some doing, but they emailed me a shipping label to send my left wing back so they can look at it and decide if they're going to replace it or not.

I've got the wing in the box ready to ship back to Horizon tomorrow. Tonight I mounted the ignition. If I have time, tomorrow I'm going to make the canister mount.

Well the left wing should be at Horizon tomorrow, so I'd imagine I'll hear from them by the end of the week.

In the mean time I got an order from RCAircraftComponents.com today. A fuel tank, Tech Aero IBEC and a few other things. I also ordered a bunch of screws from Trimcraftaviationrc.com that should be here in a few days.

Tonight I put the elevator extensions in some snake skin, and got the wiring for the rudder servo ready as well.

My workbench sure is a mess.

FedEx delivered my left wing to Horizon around noon yesterday for "evaluation". I received two odd emails late in the afternoon. one was a blank invoice, and another that said it was a completion notice and that the work had been completed and shipped back on Monday, January 01 0001 at 12:00:00 AM. The tracking number(s) for this shipment is :

When I check the status on the website it also says work completed shipped back. When I called to ask them about the emails yesterday they told me the wing was still there for evaluation and someone will call me.

Not much progress to report. Still no word from Horizon.

I did get my order of stainless hardware from Gino at Trimcraftaviationrc.com to stock up on a few things I was low on.

How does their hardware compare to RTL Fasteners? I'm guessing they are just as good. I hope so because I just ordered some screws & stuff for my Jug.
