Forgot to post these last night, Tyler was right this does take a bit longer than normal hinges but it will be worth it. Installing with a combination of poly glue and wood glue so I am taking my time though........no turning back!! 90 degree deflection with no binding just looks funny. Couple more parts left to install though, I'll probably leave all surfaces capable of 60 degrees max.

@Terryscustom that does look strange at 90 degrees :) Great job on the hinges! Can't wait to see them finished. Are you going to put some sort of finishing line on the vertical stab or leave it so you can get a full 90 if you decide to down the road?

No, they will get finished off like the prototype and also get tri-stock. I'll set them up for 60 degrees:
