Not bad at all. Just super windy and rainy. I waited it out with Realflight

Unequal throws

Unequal torque from servo

Servo arm/horn flexing in one direction but not the other

Torn or worn out hinge

Check the throw in both directions and make sure it's equal. Then peg the ailerons hard one way and push on them a little bit; try to push them back toward center and observe how they behave. Peg the ailerons in the other direction and push on them again and compare.

More than likely it's just the motor torque though.

It isn't very fast at rolls though. IDK hwo to do rollers if it is so slow

Did you smear Welder glue on the hinges to reinforce them when you built it? It's easy to make them too stiff when doing that. If so, cut them free, then re-hinge with Welder glue and some Blenderm tape.

No I didn't. And just one little spot has welders now.
