Now is a bad time to buy, unfortunately. I missed the boat on that one. After the Newtown shooting, I had tossed around the idea of buying half a dozen ARs, the intent being to wait until their prices triple, then resell. I waited too long, now they're perpetually out of stock.

Yea black gun platforms are gone everywhere, luckily I have a few stocked up in the safe. It will calm down here in a few months and you should be able to get them again. Then sell them off post ban for profit after a few years of having fun with them. You could always grab a few pistols with as many hi cap magazines as you can fit in your wallet.
