Got a picture from a friend that was at the field last night for the maiden and also took a picture after putting the White Rose Wheels on the Yak

Well I pulled the plug this morning. Motor deff went lean. Pulled the muffler and looked inside to look for damage. Still looks good so I'm gonna richen the HS just a bit and give it a go again once I repair the fuse.

Cool. How about the low needle? Just saying because if you fatten up the low a bit the high follows with that low needle setting.

QQ Special Edition 102" Yak 54. My first Yak and it flies great! Nice and slow down lines and almost axial aileron rolls It has the gear from the Extra in it. That 106 CS is turning into a monster! I fly the whole Basic routine at about 2/3 throttle with no trouble at all.

I'm at a loss when it comes to the Yak. I know I want a 100cc size. But my heart aches for the Pilot 148"er. If I do the 100cc, I'd like to put a lil radial in it. Course the big boy would no doubt be 3w!!

A radial would be AWESOME for sound and just flying around

I need my kidneys! That's why new 3dub's are out of my league. And Makees......Mhahee.......Moooo.......well you know!

I just find good used ones and buy the parts a little at a time to make them new again It is the only way I can afford a 3W Once you have one, it is hard to run anything else. The 3W has grunt which is different than DA power, but both are power house engines! Have had both and would run either one any day of the week depending on my application.
