Uploading a video to youtube now. Wife took it. It was long and boring though. First flight was just trim and getting the feel of it again. It was very overcast and dark. The sun did pop out for the third flight but she had left by then.

I likes videos. Anything flying is cool.

The top of the wings were easy to see.

Boy it was a little hard to see until the wings rocked with the gray background. Probably just take some getting used to

It was a little easier to see than what the video shows and it was a very dark sky on the first flight. Definitely a less than ideal day for a maiden but I was determined to get it in the air. Ortho, Wayne flew your old BH Yak a few times too. He likes it and really likes the DA170 he got for it. There were three of us out yesterday and all three were doing maidens or re-maidens. Everyone went home happy.

Sometimes, maidens can't wait and we have to take the weather we get huh? Been there more than once myself. LOL. It's always a good day of flying when everyone goes home happy. Just out of curiosity, what prop are you running on your DA 170? It's a triple right?
