Thanks guys! Aluminum is such a pleasure to work with. If anyone is looking for less common/thin wall metal I've had great luck with https://www.wicksaircraft.com/. Most local suppliers only carry standard, thicker metals.

I have a little Miller Diversion 165 TIG welder with a Flex head CK torch/gas lens setup. My buddy recently let me borrow his Dynasty 200 with a liquid cooled torch, that's what this was done with. I have my eye on an Everlast Lightning MTS 275 upgrade.
