Yes i have talk with Zeeb and he has a strong personality , i have seen your comments on FG at Jeti Pizza box .
This doesn't sway me away from Jeti.

My comments are usually mild, making fun of the obvious or are sarcastic but it's fun to banter with him.

This doesn't sway me away from Jeti . It sounds like he was born an educated in europe so there is probable a culture differences we hear .

Chief Avaiton is another large seller of Jeti ,I purchased mine in Canada Thunderbolt rc
Zeeb may not know how to elegantly communicate with us ,but that's who he is and I have no problem with him .

Please send your concern to
e-mail: trade@jetimodel.com , the head office.
Thanks for all the info. Have agree he does say to much sometimes but I guess that is the way he is. Looked at Thunderbolt to see what they cost in Canada must say they are not cheap but on top of that he does not have any.

Thunderbolt looks like they batches of Jeti's in and are the same price as Chief or Jeti usa , within dollars after the exchange .
They are warrantied at Jeti usa in Florida for North America service, or like I did sent mine to the Chezk and it cost hundreds and held up at FEDEX customs for four weeks before Jeti could service it . They were so good that they did even charge for the fix and it 's 3.5 years old . Now that kind of service i will talk about everybody about , top notch company no matter what.

Same goes with Hitec:agree-disagree:, just asked the Vegas pilots , you know who. Nothing but issues with them not centering and gear train stripping.
Even Spencer Norquist flew Hitec a few years ago not now .. Hummm :bigyawn:

We can agree to disagree, but the fact remains: we have servo tech that other manufacturers are trying to acquire. I also happen to know for fact that some popular high end servos of other brands are grossly overstated in their capabilities.

Spencer left Hitec out of a contract dispute, not because of some internet heresy about the tech being junk.

Grossly overstated is an understatement LOL.

I'm pretty sure (Futaba's super servo) that's why BlueBird did a total re-design of BLS H50B to the BLS H51B. Supposed to be a bit more efficient and not drop the voltage like the 50B's. Have "soft start" , HV and LV protection plus stall protection . Seems they took a page from the Hi-Tech servo technology :ooh?:.

I think BB re-designed their servos because the other ones were a complete dumpster fire of issues. Also keep in mind that BB servos under load draw enough amps that under aggressive flying you'll start to get blow back because the batteries can't keep up and can easily exceed the limits of connectors. I've got a set here that I tested and it's easy to get ratings of over 10 amps each. They also (along with several top rated servos on the market) emit a giant amount of rouge RF signal that is enough to increase fades on 2.4 receivers. Servos that draw that much amps also rarely have any torque off of center so at high speeds you need to tune expos lower to help to not feel the low deflection blow back. Bigger, better, more is starting to yield some super crappy servo that have fancy numbers on their label.

LOL, that is all on your uneducated servo comment.

Catching up with this I'll agree that Jeti is cool with technology but the setup is a disaster and the radios fell amazingly awkward. If they came out with a non-tray-based radio and re-arranged their programming or set up a PC interface for easier plane setup....that would be something.

Terry, nice to see you again, congrats to you and Lori for your Goldberg VP award, saw it in Model Aviation but didn't think you came through here much anymore.

Hope all is well with you.

Your absolutely correct. I "had" 10 of the 50B's and it took several visits back to BB To get them to perform marginally. Good to see ya posting up here again :).
