Looked at the wheels that came with the kit not impressed will have to find something else. Little better quality and look better.

I found some 8.5" for mine, not quite as nice as those PR bushwheels but definitely nicer than stock. Sure would like to know what the PR wheels weigh if anyone knows.

Looking good not much more to do. Really like the colour scheme and it looks like quite a big plane. Your CG came out pretty close for you looks like no dead weight will be required.
What happened to the spinner.

Spinner is fine, it just doesn't accommodate the 23x8 Falcon prop.... LE and TE of the prop hit the mounting holes.

Where did you find 8.5" wheels!
8" AirTops are the closest I can find:

Did some rude math, and figure out just how much heavier the XCub Gear with the PR 8.75” is compared to the stock gear with the foam 7” tires is.
Stock is about 1.2lbs
XCub with 8.75” PRs is about 3.8lbs
So that’s a 2.6lb increase using these bad boys.

Its a little tricky with the engine in there, It's about 6-7/8" to 6-15/16" by my calculations or about 175mm.

Was that a 3 inch carbon spinner from falcon. If it it is good to know so I do not run into the same problem.

3" Falcon Spinner with a 23x8 CF Falcon Prop. I e-mailed Falcon Propellers yesterday to inquire about fitment since there is no information stating that their prop wont work with this spinner or any combo for that matter. Would be nice to see a fitment guide or spreadsheet for their line of products.

How is that possible they make a spinner that will not fit a prop they make. Be interesting to see how they answer you.

I also ordered the AirTops and got them delivered yesterday. By comparison I think I will probably run the AirTops to start with. They look more like the PR's you have.
