    Wing Bags???

    Those are pretty nice but won't work for a 40% plane. I might have to get the 55-60" version for my EF 48" Yak wings.

    I'm building a Dalton 300 (original, not MEL edition) and I'm to the point that I'm ready to buy some wing bags for protecting my work. I've used WingTote in the past and I was curious if there is something else I should be looking at. I don't need a custom fit, just something to protect.

    Cool, I must have passed over it when quickly re-reading the thread. I think I'm going to do the cowl on my Slick since pulling it on and off is a PITA. I'll just use the electrical tape and PAM method.

    Question. Is there a budget set of equipment for spraying the release agents? I have a compressor that has a pressure regulator so I just need a way to spray the release agent but I don't want to spend a lot of $$$...

    Cool. I think I have a 33" sanding bar from GP. My tip is pretty close to sharp just by trying to follow the curve of the foam core from the sheeted area to the LE material. I will go with a fine grit and take my time!

    They're good servos but with the new aircraft designs, they don't have the torque even when putting 2/aileron on a 35% plane. I hate that they're just sitting in storage in my shop and I'd like to put together an everyday flyer especially if it could handle a little wind.

    I'm interested in a new plane. I have 5 Hitec 5945MG's that are still in great condition. What else is out there that's not too big for a 180 inch/ounce servo other than the 3DHS Velox? Just curious what some good options are. Will probably be going electric but may go with a VVRC 40.
