    3dhs 92" edge 540 !!!

As long as the plane shows up, I could steal sevos out of the wings of one of my 35% planes if I had to.

    3dhs 92" edge 540 !!!

Now drama with the servos I bought. I think the post office can't read and sent the payment the wrong way. Thank god for tracking. Karma is screwing with me. You will be flying long before me.

    3dhs 92" edge 540 !!!

They warned me it might be a while with a box that big. Since I can't even look at my shop till late next week I am not too concerned. Velox new engine, 78 Extra, and putting the gear back into the laser are ahead in the que anyways. Shopping for a powersafe RX and still debating what to do...

    60" Laser-EXP

It is the same stick movements, just opposite. Up line. Right roll Outside snap (sticks to the outside opposite corners) Move the right stick from the upper right corner towards the upper left to flatten it out. Recover however you like.

What prop are you running? The 15x8 will get a little more speed and less prop disk to fight. Also try them to the outside snap and you might find the timing easier.

    10cc 3D gasser --- An exercise with a VH Sabre-X 51" and a Evolution 10GX

With a profile you can probably run the "stock" muffler or use the Bisson type that I am currently using on this motor with a side mount. Patrick put this motor on a Ultrastick 40 so we are still going through the stockpile of props to find one that works better in a touch and go then go...

    10cc 3D gasser --- An exercise with a VH Sabre-X 51" and a Evolution 10GX

I had to look this one up. http://www.tmprousa.com/Extra260-P46-index.html It is a pound lighter than my Sabre with a similar wing area. Too bad I don't care for profiles. Xoar 13x4 PJA was the best 3D prop we found.

    60" Laser-EXP

I learned this weekend that doing them to the outside snap yields going flatter faster. I don't understand the entering them from the inverted because once you enter the upline, the maneuver is the same.

Fort Smith Arkansas Fly Low In Sept. 19-22

We got the rig back to dad's house. The 92 is already taking a long trip on Greyhound. Packed up the lipos and gear jn the flat rate box. Flying home tomorrow. I got more flying during this event then the past several weeks. I really like events.

I use 15x8 xoars on my torque V2. I tried the 16x7 and went back. Because of the arm hitting the stab, 75 degrees or so is all you can get on the elevator with the stock horn.

Fort Smith Arkansas Fly Low In Sept. 19-22

We bought $120 worth. It was 20 dollars for as long as you can stretch your arms. I did it once, and then they just copied that length. We used up the roll and the winning ticket was like the 5th to last one.

    What's on your bench?

Once I get back from the FLI, the bench projects are to put back together the first 60 Laser, assemble the 78 with VVRC 40 twin, and put that RCGF 26cc on my Velox.

Time to get the mad scientist/beta tester hat on yet again. I randomly found this motor from clicking on a GiantScaleNews ad for RCGF Aerovate motors. I saw they had a 30cc twin (which is as vaporware as the DA-35). When trying to find info on that motor I found the Australian website which...

Fort Smith Arkansas Fly Low In Sept. 19-22

Missed the early bus by 1 minute. Time to sit in Boston rush hour traffic and my flight is at the gate farthest possible away. I still should have a half hour buffer even with that.

    3dhs 92" edge 540 !!!

Thanks for the weight number. Here is what I would figure on the way I would set it up. DA-60. 1410 grams Header .70 grams (guess) Canister. 250 grams Servos. 80 grams with arms x 6 = 480 Batteries. 200 grams x 2 = 400 grams Powersafe RX. 100 grams with sats and wires 16oz fuel with filters...
