    No, unfortunately the wind was blowing 14 gusting to 20. Which normally wouldn't bother me. But when I arrived at the field, it was exactly 90 degrees across the runway. I stayed and chatted with my buddy for a bit, but the wind was not letting up. Oh well, another time huh?

    Getting a late start today. Finished the install of yet another engine on the 107" Purple test beast. Just gotta see if this 124 performs as well in the air as it does on the ground.

    Late to the party, but I'll offer an option of what I do. D and B supply, Home Depot or even Lowes. 1/4 x 20 all thread. Comes in 3 inch and 6 inch lengths. Cut to "your" like for fit. Epoxy or if you don't want them permanent, use Blue Loc-Tite on the threads. Next, 1/4 x 20 Nylon wing nuts...

    Wish I could help ya. I personally do not know of anyone with the 112 {4}. I can only assume at this point that it would be like any other "dub" motor I have seen or flown. Amazing power and unbelievable dependability.

    So...flying and playing with Baby today was amazing. Absolute one inch from the deck hovers....close enough I could've reached out and touched her. Really good rollers and even did some very low-slow high alpha knife edges pulling up into a straight up vertical to my now new thrill....knife edge...

    Really can't say. A couple of my friends bought the 16 last year. They say they like the Jeti. But there are a lot of needless bells and whistles. Unless you're going to run 674 servos and 79 rx's, it really doesn't do anything any more spectacular than JR, Futaba and most definitely not Hitec...
