Here's my choice.
Using 1/8 ply as a horizontal spar, The aileron rib slot is 0.5” x .12” so they will slide into each other. Let me know if you need anything else done on the ailerons.

Nope, that is it. I will add what I need for the hinges and control horn at the time of the build.

Here’s another idea I just had on the ailerons. Using 1/8” balsa as a spar on the trailing edge of the ailerons, would give more strength as well. Your thoughts? I can include this into the design.

You could also use a carbon fiber spar instead. Whatever you want to use, an how you prefer to build, I can modify to fit.

I was thinking of wrapping with glass or .010 G10. But I like the idea of a CF T/E spar centered in the rib more, let's go with that if your ok with it. Maybe .010, just enough to stiffen it up.
