Damn I'm hungry
Bolt circle measures 34mm. The DA-100 is 29mm.

Being that bolt hole offset is only about 2.5mm from respective centers why couldn't you just fill the existing holes with epoxy and drill to the DA pattern? Do the same thing to the spinner back plate but use "JB weld" instead of epoxy. I know many would rather not but it really wont weaken the prop or backplate. Just make sure when you drill the new holes they line up with the old holes.

Thanks for the tip. I might try that one.

I have done this a time or two but used dowels on the prop. JB Weld makes an aluminum epoxy, it does work rather well and when assembled the prop hub and prop sandwich the backplate so it is even more secured.

Or I could pass this along to one of the 3W fans out there! I think I might know a guy. :dancing-chicken:
Yeah, you do know someone, but unfortunately its going to be quite a while before I get around to building a plane big enough to use my 3Dub 100. . . . . :(.
