    Help With Motor Timing and Poor Throttle Response (Gecko 120HV)

    I used the beta software on my 150HV and had a ESC failure. Garret is looking into it with ZTW, but no word back yet. The throttle response was better and I am not going to say that the failure was directly the fault of the software. The update was for the HVs only as the others seem fine.

    I have one as well as the one my buddy has that edge. He has had 2 faulty ignition modules, but the engine runs great and is basically the same power as the DA. If it were not for a lack of available headers I would consider the EME-70.

    The one flying up here was 17 pounds on a stock muffler. It flies very nice. The controls are not EF sized, but it does all the tricks. It is very well powered on a EME-60.

    Pretty straight forward build if you have the elevator pushrods after market ready, and use the elevator pushrods for the ailerons. I always start with the hinging and horns. Be careful, there are a set of horns in another bag that you need. Don't use the short ones.

    It is the Motrolfly 5335-195kv. Response seemed pretty good. I want to fly it back to back with my 72 extra with hacker A60-6XS and the Gecko 155A to compare. The laser would be not a fair comparison with such a smaller prop.
